Earl Hutchinson
Earl Hutchinson is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional, skilled in front end process engineering design for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and nuclear clients.

With 40 years experience with the last 26 years working as a managing or consulting engineer.

Earl had been responsible for innovative and value added process designs resulting in facilities achieving their design intent at lower CAPEX and OPEX cost.

Andrea Hosey FIChemE
Vice President (Member Engagement), Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE)
Andrea has over 30 years’ experience in process design, project management and engineering leadership roles within a number of global contracting companies. She has developed and led teams in the UK, Thailand and Australia and was the 2015 winner of the Fluor Award for Excellence in Engineering Leadership.

She is a Fellow of the IChemE and the current IChemE representative on the Joint Victorian Chemical Engineering Committee (JVCEC) representing Chemical Engineers from both Engineers Australia and the IChemE and sits on the IChemE in Australia Board.

Andrea is currently the GM for Victoria for Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions. In her professional and volunteer roles she has strong links with the Victorian Universities and sits on the Melbourne University Industry Liaison Committee. She is passionate about helping developing graduates into our future chemical engineers.
