Don Wilkins is a Senior Product Consultant at Caterpillar Electric Power, responsible for gaseous-fueled products strategy. He is seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in Operations, Global Sourcing, Product Development and Marketing. He has diverse experience in the energy sector, prior to Caterpillar having held roles at Mercury Marine, Kohler Engines, Kohler Generators and PSI. With a master’s degree in engineering, he is an experienced resource and catalyst for achieving organizational changes.

Megan Costello has been with Caterpillar for 23 years and has held roles in industrial products, electronics, aftermarket, sales, service, training & the digital side of the business. In her current role on the Global Power Solutions Development team, she works with engineering firms, construction companies and end users to develop resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure. Her domain spans data centers, dairies, landfills, mission critical and municipal facilities, providing technical guidance and strategic direction to advance complex and distributed energy projects.
