Each webinar includes a 50 minute talk, 20 minutes of guided meditation and Q&A time at the end.

The 7 classes in the Seed Series are designed to lead you through the key principles and practices as taught in a live foundations workshop. All the activities and meditations are created to be enjoyed with your own animal family. If you currently don't have animals in your life, you can do all the activities with animals you know or with animals who are in spirit.
