  • About
The idea of ‘living with grief’ is a bit of an oxymoron, because when you are actively experiencing grief, life no longer has the familiar, easy feeling it once had. A large reason for this is because grieving is so much more than emotions, it is having to struggle with huge, overwhelming waves of feelings and thoughts that toss you about until you don’t know where you are. Between these huge, unsettling waves is days and weeks of quiet desolation, left alone with thoughts, memories and a nagging sense that nothing will ever be okay again.

In this workshop, Nea Clare will talk about three simple strategies to help you learn to live with your grief. You can’t stop the waves of emotion, or the unsettled feelings, but you can engage these practices to help you learn to ride the waves and discover a new way to find the stability you need to stay with the grieving process.
