Mariia is a Treatment Coordinator at Leaside Orthodontic Centre, where she’s been helping the clinic run smoother since 2021. Originally from Ukraine, she came to Canada in 2013 to study hospitality—and never stopped putting those skills to use.
With over 9 years of customer service experience, Mariia focuses on improving patient communication, financial workflows, and internal systems. She’s especially passionate about creating structure that supports teams while keeping the patient experience front and centre.
Outside of work, Mariia loves cooking international dishes and hosting friends—often turning “casual plans” into well-organized events with impressive snacks.
