The course includes a TREC Contract Review Checklist and Critical Dates List that can be used by all members of a title company for proper review of contracts for completeness, compliance, timelines, and requirements. Part II of the course covers the proper handling of earnest money deposits in compliance with Texas Basic Manual of Title Insurance rules and regulations, including Procedural Rule P-27 and the Minimum Escrow Accounting Procedures.
