Sylvana Young
Design Partner, Young
Designing great places in the living sectors for 25+ years. Formerly Chief Design Officer at Get Living now Design Partner at Young. Young delivers placemade returns by creating asset backed investment partnerships in places where people live, stay or spend time.

Her journey with Get Living started in 2011. She was part of a team of 4 from Young Group that pitched the idea to their shareholders to set up their own company to operate the 2012 Athletes Village post Olympics as a rental neighbourhood. Along with Neil Young, David Mackenzie and Michael Oakes, they had a belief that renting should be a positive experience, providing more time, more space and more choice supported by exceptional customer service.

Tom Goodall
Partner, Argent Related
Head of Residential for Argent Related, over-seeing a pipeline of over 8,000 new homes across London and CEO of the £500m Argent Related Tottenham Hale development.

Tom leads a large team delivering over 8m sqft of residential development, having ultimate responsibility for all aspects of residential development within the business.

Mark Woodrow
Managing Director, Packaged Living
Mark is a Chartered Engineer and leads the Development side of the business. He is an experienced and recognised developer who has worked on numerous BtR schemes over a career spanning over 20 years. Most recently, Mark was Director of Development at Grainger plc, where he spent 10 years helping source and create the UK’s leading residential investment platform.

John Reid
Director of Delivery, Meridian Water
John joined Enfield as Director of Delivery for Meridian Water in December 2019. The huge regeneration scheme has ambitions to provide 10,000 homes across its 210-acre site with an investment of £6bn, Meridian Water will be one of the country’s largest urban regeneration.
With it will come new rail services, parks, shops, schools and London’s largest open workspace for makers, creators and artists. It is forecast this major regeneration project will create 10,000 jobs during construction alone, making a significant contribution to the local, regional and national economy. John was formerly Director of Project Management for Grosvenor.
