Mr. DiPietra is a former AmLaw-100 partner licensed in both Texas and California, and has practiced law for nearly 15-years representing insurers. He has been a speaker on a number of insurance and lawyer organization panels discussing insurance fraud and coverage issues. Mr. DiPietra also is an approved CE instructor for insurance adjusters in the State of Florida, has provided in-house training seminars for some of the largest carriers in the country, and has taught webinars for claims professionals for CE credits across the nation.
Mr. Bertrand is a property SIU investigator in Chubb North America’s property unit, and is certified by the American Educational Institute, Inc. as a Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS). He has been conducting SIU investigations for nearly 20 years for multiple carriers, and has handled all aspects of residential, commercial and auto claims investigations during that time. Mr. Bertrand also is a former police officer in the State of Kansas, and served both as an undercover detective in the narcotics unit and as a member of the S.W.A.T. team.
