This session will offer an introductory course and refresher on how Title II funds are allocated to districts and States, and review the allowable uses of funds for both State and local level expenditures. Programs will be discussed with an eye toward identifying ways in which existing funding streams can be used to support expenditures which were previously covered by stimulus funds or other federal funding. Additionally, special fiscal rules like supplement, not supplant and transferability will be covered as they relate to Title II.
