Seth Chandler
Foundation Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center
Seth Chandler has taught insurance law, including life and health insurance law, for many years; has been a Codirector of the Health Law & Policy Institute; and has done considerable work on the economics of insurance and its regulation.

Seth uses Wolfram technologies to analyse legal systems and many issues in insurance law, such as adverse selection, moral hazard, correlated risk and a variety of issues in life, health, property and casualty insurance.

With over 25 years of experience working with Wolfram technologies, Jon has helped in directing software development, system design and much more.

Jon gives regular keynote appearances and media interviews on topics such as the future of AI, enterprise computation strategies and education reform, across multiple fields including health care, fintech and data science. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Durham.
