About This Webinar

This 60-minute roundtable will feature a brief 20-minute lecture led by Dr. Kevin Kaiser, followed by an open discussion focused on standardizing digital workflows to improve clinical consistency, accelerate team onboarding, optimize scheduling and capacity, and streamline team operations across locations.

We recommend coming prepared with two questions and a pearl of wisdom to share with the group. Our goal is for you to leave with your questions answered and fresh perspectives on integrating LightForce into your practice. Spots are limited.

  • Identify strategies for optimizing scheduling and capacity, including appointment intervals, visit durations, and workflow design that support predictable treatment flow and patient retention.

    Dr. Kevin Kaiser
    Co-Owner & Orthodontist, Bankhead & Firth Orthodontics
    Dr. Kevin Kaiser completed both his dental and orthodontic training at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. After graduation, he returned to his hometown of St. Louis, where he joined Bankhead and Firth Orthodontics and Walde Firth Orthodontic Specialists as an associate and is now a partner in both practices which together have 6 locations. He is a member of the AAO, the ABO, and an adjunct faculty at the St. Louis University Orthodontics Residency.

    Dr. Kaiser and his wife, Megan, have three children. Outside of orthodontics and family, he is a big St. Louis Blues fan and still plays ice hockey himself. He also loves pickleball. In fact, pickleball has become such a passion of his he is starting an indoor pickleball club in St. Louis.

    Dr. Kaiser began his LightForce journey in 2021 and transitioned to 100% LightForce for braces patients in June 2023. He is passionate about clinical efficiency and delivering the highest-quality treatment in the most predictable way possible.
