Every pilot should work to attain mastery level of their aircraft and of their certificates and ratings as that provides the greatest margin of safety in one's flying. But how does one know where he or she is with respect to that journey, and what steps must be taken to advance towards mastery? Session participants will be guided through a self-assessment yielding results among 3 levels and 3 phases of their training and experience defined by the presenters. Based upon the results of the self-assessment, participants can develop personal education and training plans to ultimately attain mastery level.
