About
Securing funding for new transportation projects requires evidence that proposed upgrades will be effective. But gathering evidence can be costly and time-consuming and sometimes overly reliant on hypothetical models. With Wejo’s connected vehicle data it is possible to rapidly gather real-time data on existing real-world deployments, thereby creating a strong evidence base for similar projects and unlocking the necessary funding from central authorities.

This webinar will explain exactly how best to use such data in grant proposals, wherever you are in the world. To illustrate this in potential current use cases, there will be focus on the USA’s recent Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act (IIJA), which was passed to “rebuild America’s roads, bridges, and rails,” supplying an opportunity for state and local Departments of Transportation and civil engineering firms to apply for grants and bid on government contracts.

In this webinar, speakers will discuss:
• How to leverage connected vehicle data in helping to secure additional funding opportunities
• IIJA grants releasing in early 2023

5 KEY POINT DELEGATES WILL LEARN:
1. Inform the audience about the upcoming grant opportunities (EV charging, PROTECT, Congestion Relief, and more)
2. The role connected vehicle data plays in evaluating and securing funding
3. Ideas on how entities can utilize Wejo’s data in their own grant proposals
4. Customer examples on how connected vehicle data can be leveraged to secure funding
5. How Wejo can help with all the above
