Gillian Ridley Whittle
Founder & CEO | Peachaus
Gillian Ridley Whittle is a visionary leader, creative force, and unapologetic changemaker in the worlds of fashion and women’s health. After decades at the top of the global retail industry, holding senior leadership roles at Marks & Spencer, Topshop, Target and Myer Australia, she made the bold decision to step away from the corporate system and start again, founding Peachaus.
Originally launched as a purpose-led underwear and lifestyle brand grounded in ethics, confidence and community, Peachaus has evolved through Gillian’s countless real-life bra fitting experiences. Through fitting hundreds of women, she uncovered a hidden but widespread health issue: the damage and discomfort caused by badly fitting bras. This discovery led her to pivot Peachaus into a bra fitting and women’s wellness service focused on solving a problem that affects millions of women but is rarely addressed.
Gillian leads with heart and fierce conviction. She believes the one garment designed to support a woman should never cause pain, and that comfort is a fundamental part of women’s health, confidence and performance.
Known for her creative intuition, disruptive thinking and tenacity, Gillian is reimagining what modern retail can be - an experience that combines education, service and human connection.
She’s not just building a brand; she’s building a movement.
