As with many of us right now, Phase 1 of our athletic department “Return to Play” plans have us confined to drilling the basics. Defensively, we’ve put together one-man drills to work on off ball fundamentals: sliding, covering zones both with our bodies and sticks, crashing, marking cutters, etc.
