Pip Davies

Pip is an experienced, practicing midwifery sister, specialist pelvic health midwife and MSc graduate. She is the founder of the Midwife Pip Podcast, as well as a hypnobirth and antenatal educator and a qualified pre- and postnatal exercise trainer. She authored Midwife Pip’s Guide to a Positive Birth and, importantly, is a mum of two boys.

Miss Florence Wilcock
Consultant Obstetrician, Perinatal Mental Health
Miss Florence Wilcock is a Consultant Obstetrician with a special interest in improving women’s experience of maternity care. Florence qualified from Oxford University and was appointed as a Consultant at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2007.

Florence is currently the Lead Obstetrician for Perinatal Mental Health and works closely with the Birth Options team, Homebirth team and Emerald team to support personalised intrapartum care. She is also an active member of Kingston Maternity Voices Partnership.

As a member of the London Maternity Clinical Network, Florence led the innovative Maternity “Whose Shoes” co‑production workshops piloted across London in 2014. Following this, she co‑founded #MatExp with Gill Phillips, a grassroots movement bringing together women, families and staff to improve maternity services.

Florence previously co‑chaired the London Maternity Voices Strategic Group (2013–2020), supporting co‑production across London maternity services, and is now the clinical representative on the RCOG Women’s Network. She continues to lead and champion maternity experience improvement projects at both regional and national level.
