Caroline Roche is a Senior Partner & Vice President in IBM Consulting, responsible for leading the Energy Industry for IBM Consulting across utilities, oil & gas, and chemicals companies.
Prior to this role, Caroline led the Communications Market for the Customer Transformation and iX business, focused on the Communications, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Utilities industries for the past 5 years. In this role, Caroline drove unprecedented growth across sales transformation and service transformation, as well as launching our Generative AI offerings in the Communications Market industries.
Caroline has expertise in customer strategy and large scale complex program implementation, serving as the executive sponsor for several large customer transformation programs across the Utilities and High Tech industries. She is also a utilities service expert bringing together marketing, customer service and field service for her utilities customers.

Prior to founding PivotPoint Strategies, Michael served as Business Unit CIO for both Florida Power & Light (FPL) and NextEra Energy, where he played key leadership roles in driving technological innovation and business transformation. He also served as Vice President of IT for the Global Commodities Group at Constellation Energy. His earlier career included time as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. His innovative approach to technology leadership earned him notable recognition, including being named one of ComputerWorld Magazine's Top 40 Innovative IT People to Watch Under the Age of 40, receiving the Information Week Top Innovator Award, and the Microsoft Pinnacle Award for Customer Service.
