This session will focus on allowability under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins), including Section 135 “Local Uses of Funds.” The presentation will also include relevant rules in the Uniform Guidance at 2 C.F.R. Part 200. Presenters will then review the most frequently cited Perkins violations and provide ways to avoid these findings.
