Greg Adams

Greg services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. He is also a member of the Recordkeeper Oversight Committee. Greg joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2017, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. Before joining the firm, Greg worked in both institutional and individual wealth management helping create positive retirement outcomes for plan sponsors and plan participants. He received his BA from the University of Connecticut and is a ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant). He volunteers as a Board Member for MARCH, Inc. of Manchester, a Connecticut organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, and as a Board Member of the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling. Greg enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, running, lacrosse and football in his free time.

Michaela F. Scott

Director, Retirement Plan Consulting, Borislow Insurance

Michaela F. Scott leads Borislow’s Employer Retirement Consulting Practice (BI-ERC), partnering with clients as their 401(k)/403(b) plan adviser.
She earned her Master of Science in Financial Services with a concentration in Retirement Planning from the American College of Financial Services where she serves in a leadership position on the Alumni Advisory Board. She is a Certified Financial Planner, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Retirement Income Certified Professional, Charted Financial Consultant, Certified Health Savings Advisor and an Investment Advisor Representative with her Series 6, 63 and 7.
Scott holds an honors Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Saint Anselm College and is immediate past President of the St. A’s Alumni Association and current Advisory Council Co-Chair for the department of Business and Economics.

Scott Riordan

VP, Health & Welfare, Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group

Scott joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Health & Welfare Services. His responsibilities include overseeing client experience, business development, and day-to-day operations for the team. Scott also specializes in plan design and implementation of benefit plans and administrative services, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and COBRA. In addition, he focuses on health and wellness planning for employers coupled with employee engagement strategies.

Greg Puig

Vice President of Benefit Consulting Services at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group

Greg Puig joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2011 and currently serves as Vice President, Benefit Consulting Services. His responsibilities include providing expert advice, developing solutions and executing strategies for current and future Health & Welfare clients. Puig oversees Sentinel Insurance Agency’s consulting team and is focused on helping organizations design, implement, communicate and administer their employee benefit offerings. He concentrates much of his time on helping companies navigate today’s difficult regulatory landscape and implement tax advantaged accounts to help mitigate health care expenses.

Heather Tredup

Partner/Retirement Best Practices Leader, Aon

Heather Tredup is a Partner at Aon. As part of the Aon Human Capital Advisory team, she leads Aon’s retirement and financial wellbeing communication efforts, with a focus on helping organizations educate and engage their people.
Prior to joining the company, Tredup was a communications manager for several not for-profit organizations. She is based in Washington state.
Tredup has an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, a B.A. in Journalism from Drake University and a B.A. in English from Drake University.
