    Shannon McQuarrie
    Vice President of Human Resources - BUILT Brands
    As Built Brands’ Vice President of Human Resources, Shannon is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. Areas of her responsibility include onboarding, recruiting, employee relations (her favorite!), health and welfare, employee engagement, organization development and learning, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

    Since Shannon joined our team in June 2019, she has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization. Shannon has over 20 years of experience in various HR fields including staffing and HR consulting. She holds a degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, is an active member of SHRM, and holds various staffing and safety designations.

    She spends her free time cheering on her three kids (and husband coach) in football, track, and soccer, attending as many concerts as she can, and organizing game nights with family and friends. She can frequently be found feeding her fellow co-workers or quizzing them on music trivia.

    Shane Fisher
    Director of Human Resources - BUILT Brands
    As Director of Human Resources, Shane oversees and participates in all human resource initiatives, i.e. recruitment, payroll/compensation, training and development, and employee relations. He counsels leadership teams, provides advice on how to manage employees and facilitates managers in finding solutions with some of the day-to-day problems and complaints regarding the onboarding process, benefits, and payroll. What he most enjoys is collaborating with team members of all levels to establish and to cultivate the Built culture.

    Shane has over 15 years of career HR experience specializing in the fields of recruiting, staffing, and employee development. He earned a B.A. in English Literature with a strong emphasis on Secondary Education from Utah Valley University and has received various staffing and customer service certifications and awards.

    A healthy work and family relationship is important so, when away from work, Shane enjoys spending free time with his family, coaching youth sports, and being a dance dad. He can also often be found watching Adam Sandler movies.

    RJ Bisaha
    Manager - Beekeeper
    R. J. Bisaha is the Mid-Market Sales Manager at Beekeeper. His career has focused around Mobile Workforce Management. R. J. has historically helped organizations learn how others have addressed the pains and restrictions associated with managing a non-desk workforce.
