About
See how natural language, AI chat, and agentic automation are transforming test management and automated testing—from defining tests to executing them.

What if interacting with your testing platform were as simple as having a conversation?

AI is changing more than how software is built—it’s changing how we test it. Instead of navigating complex interfaces, writing scripts, or manually translating requirements into test cases, testers can increasingly use natural language to ask questions, create tests, analyze results, and trigger automation. And as AI evolves from assistants to agents, the possibilities extend even further.

In this session, Inflectra CEO Adam Sandman will explore the shift from traditional test automation to conversational and agentic testing. Using real-world examples with Spira and Rapise, he’ll demonstrate how natural-language interfaces, AI, and emerging technologies such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can connect test management and automation in entirely new ways.

Attendees will see how AI can help teams move from requirements to tests, interact with testing data conversationally, launch and manage automated tests, and make sense of results—all while keeping humans in control of the testing process.

Rather than another prediction about how AI might transform QA someday, this session will show what’s becoming possible now—and explore what it means for the future role of testers, test automation, and quality engineering.
