About
Most practice owners transact once, and the two most common paths to that transition look nothing alike. A private buyer sale and a DSO affiliation value your practice on different terms, carry different deal structures, and ask very different things of you after closing. Neither is universally better; what matters is which one fits the practice you have built and the future you want. In this webinar, we’ll take a candid look at how each type of buyer evaluates a practice, how today's market is shaping offers and deal terms, and the honest tradeoffs on both sides, including the ones sellers tend to discover only after signing. You will leave with a clearer sense of where your practice fits and how to position yourself well before you ever go to market.
