    Will is responsible for oversight of Windsor’s Structuring, Processing, Portfolio Management and Liquidations teams in Chicago. He has overseen $1.5+ billion in SBA 7(a) and USDA loan closings during his tenure with the company. Prior to Windsor Will worked at Bank of America.
