Kristin Edie is the Director of Sustainability & Regulatory at specialty films manufacturer Charter Next Generation. Prior to joining Charter Next Generation, Kristin held a variety of leadership roles in product quality and regulatory, procurement, and sustainability at Hallmark, including an overseas assignment based in Hallmark’s Asia supply chain. Kristin holds a BS in paper engineering from Western Michigan University, an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University.

Principal Scientist at Geisys Ventures, Dr. Kristoffer Stokes helps companies align their technology with their business goals, optimize R&D processes, and develop innovative products. With 40+ granted patents, his expertise revolves around polymer science and associated applications. Stokes has 20+ years of experience in materials science technology and R&D management for early startups and multinational corporations. He is active in scientific and academic communities and earned his PhD in Chemistry from MIT.

Heather Turner
North America Sustainability Director
Heather Turner is the North America sustainability director for Packaging & Specialty Plastics at Dow. In her role, she is responsible for delivering the North America milestones for Dow’s sustainability goals of transforming waste, driving circularity, and enabling lower-carbon and safer materials. Her team also has the marketing responsibility to drive demand for Dow’s circular and renewable product offerings.

Turner joined Dow in 2001 after earning her MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. She has extensive marketing experience in packaging and infrastructure applications, as well as in value chain collaboration and new technology commercialization. Turner lives in Houston with her family.
