About
Help Clients See Their Struggles - and Their Strengths - in New Ways

Some of the most meaningful therapeutic breakthroughs happen when clients can finally put words to experiences that feel impossible to explain.

Metaphors provide a powerful bridge between insight and understanding. Whether a client describes feeling "stuck in quicksand," "carrying a heavy backpack," or "drowning in anxiety," therapeutic metaphors can help clients express emotions, gain perspective, and discover new possibilities for change.

Join Diane Bigler, LCSW, LSCSW, for an engaging and practical webinar exploring how clinicians can effectively incorporate metaphors into therapy with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other emotional challenges.

Through case examples, visual imagery exercises, and ready-to-use therapeutic metaphors, you'll learn how symbolic language can deepen therapeutic conversations, strengthen rapport, and support meaningful clinical outcomes.
