Prior to founding Machina Research Matt was a technology industry analyst, working at firms including Analysys Mason and Yankee Group. He holds an MSc in Telecoms from University College London.

Carmen Redondo is currently Director of Global Marketing for Antennas at KYOCERA AVX. She has 15+ years of experience in antennas, having held different roles from engineering, project management to general management. Thanks to her technical background, Carmen actively supports customers in their design development of wireless devices to enhance connectivity in different applications like automotive, Wi-Fi or IoT.
