Doug Kuntz began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1997 when 128K was more bandwidth than you could ever use. Doug is the Carrier Access Manager for Nex-Tech and provides fiber transport and carrier solutions across the United States. He anxiously awaits his first 100 Gig opportunity. Doug is a volunteer fireman, hack golfer, and lover of craft beers.
Seth Ritter
Carrier Representative, Nex-Tech
Seth Ritter has deep roots in Rural Northwest Kansas and offers a unique perspective on the telecommunications industry having served in various capacities at Nex-Tech. As a CALEA compliance expert, he works with hundreds of broadband service providers throughout the United States. Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and as a small-town city council member, he understands the challenges rural America faces and its need for good broadband services.
Maggie Basgall
Advertising Solutions Representative, Nex-Tech
Maggie Basgall works as an Advertising Solutions Representative for Nex-Tech. She has a rich 15-year history in telecom having worked in public relations and community development activities as well as having supervised frontline residential sales staff. Maggie is a graduate of Fort Hays State University where she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a certificate of Leadership. She’s a recent transplant from northwest Kansas to rural California and is reveling in the adventure that is life.

Bill Mathews is the Director of Cordell, a division of Nex-Tech located in La Verne, CA. Cordell is a leading provider of network solutions for alarms management, engineering, and network operational management. Prior to the Nex-Tech acquisition, Bill served over 38 years as president and CEO of Cordell.
Sara Kuhl
NOC Supervisor, Nex-Tech
Sara Kuhl is the Network Operations Center Supervisor for Nex-Tech and manages NOC clients in eight states. An industry veteran, Sara has worked in telecommunications since 2000. She graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is CCNA and MEF-CEP certified. Sara is a Western Kansas native and is a mother of six kids. She's passionate, driven and always up for a challenge.
