    Chip Luter
    Founder, RESET
    Chip currently serves the Campus Pastor for Idlewild in Sulphur Springs (Tampa). He has worked in ministry for over a decade, which include serving as a Youth Pastor at Concord Church (Dallas) and Franklin Avenue Baptist Church (New Orleans). Chip has spoken at camps and conferences across the country, including Conclave, Falls Creek Camp, and FUGE Camp. He now lives in Florida with his wife, Jasmine and their two kids, Drew and Zoe.

    Ben Trueblood
    Director of Student Ministry for LifeWay Christian Resources
    Ben has 20 years of student ministry experience, fourteen of which were spent in the local church as a student pastor. In addition to his role at LifeWay Ben is involved in training, consulting, and speaking to student ministries throughout the U.S.

    He is the author of three books: A Different College Experience, Within Reach, and Student Ministry That Matters, and is the host of the LifeWay Student Ministry podcast. Ben has also recently started a YouTube channel aimed at encouraging and investing in fellow youth pastors.

    Ben is driven by a desire for student ministries to expand God’s Kingdom, to see the lives of students transformed by the gospel, and to develop students who shape the culture in which they live. Ben and his wife Kristen have four children. In his free time Ben enjoys family, hunting, is a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, and is a collector of hobbies.

    Chris Cox
    Youth Pastor, Calvary Community Church
    Chris Cox resides in Hampton, VA. Pastor Chris has been a voice to countless youth and young adults speaking at many different conferences, as well as middle school through college campuses nationwide. He also has a passion for leadership development and has had the opportunity to speak at a number of leadership conferences that focus on youth and young adult ministry strategy and implementation.If you asked him what's his current mission, he'd tell you: to prevent a generation from becoming what happened to them by exposing them to what happened for them.

    Dwayne Pano
    Urban Initiative Director - Stoney Creek Ranch
    Dwayne joined Stoney Creek Ranch in 2017 as the Urban Initiative Director. He served at Kids Across America for 12 years in many different roles. Most of his time there was spent recruiting staff for the summer time and building long-lasting programs that are still being used today. For three years prior to working at Stoney Creek Ranch, Dwayne spent time in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Dallas, Texas serving as a Youth Pastor. Dwayne believes that his time spent at both places better equipped him for the ministry he now does at Stoney Creek. He is married to Katarina Pano and they have two beautiful children, Jaden & Aubree. Dwayne truly has a heart for the urban community.

    Sherronda Raymond
    RESET Program Coordinator, Licensed School Social Worker
    Sherronda is a Georgia native and soon to be resident of Orlando, FL. She has served in youth ministry for over 8 years and is a founding member of RESET. As Program Coordinator, she oversees the execution and evaluation of all night activities, breakout sessions, and panel discussions. In addition to her role at RESET, Sherronda is a Licensed Master Social Worker who serves high school students and their families. She also serves alongside her husband, Xavier, who is the Middle School Minister at Church at The Cross and Campus Minister at Central Florida Christian Academy.

    Timotheus Pope
    Director of SB2Dub Citikidz
    T. Pope is a graduate of Mary Washington College with a BA in Religion and concentration in Philosophy. He has partnered with diverse ministries, both camps and churches, urban and suburban, domestic and abroad. Currently, he is the director of SB2Dub Citikidz, a Christian sports camp in Rector, Pa near Pittsburgh. Most importantly, he is a husband and a father of seven.
