apprAIz completed a UAD 3.6 appraisal live in Appraiser eLearning's Software Shootout: one subject property, 75 minutes, on screen. Now Narainder Chandwani, Co-founder and CEO of apprAIz, joins Hal Humphreys to discuss what that session showed, and what appraisers have encountered across the hundreds of real UAD 3.6 reports completed on apprAIz so far.

You'll hear:

What it took to finish a full UAD 3.6 report with the clock running
Where the new report is taking appraisers the most time, and how to get ahead of it
How capturing information once on your phone in the field carries into the report, so you're not retyping it at the desk
How Quality Check flags issues while you can still fix them
The appraiser makes every call. This session is about taking the busywork off your plate.
