His career is marked by a strong foundation in business development, strategic marketing, and research and innovation, which have been key to his achievements. He is particularly enthusiastic about the metal cleaning and treatment area, focusing on expanding and strengthening Syensqo's presence in the LATAM region. Eder holds a master’s degree in chemistry, an executive MBA and has pursued executive education in circular economy and sustainability strategies.

Technical Support Specialist - Industrial Process Solutions, Syensqo

Lucas Luz is the technical support specialist for the industrial process solutions market at Syensqo in Paulinia, SP, Brazil. With 9 years of industry experience, Lucas has developed diverse technical expertise in metal treatment (cleaning and conversion) and metalworking fluids additives. Since joining Solvay in 2015, he has been instrumental in establishing the IPS lab in Brazil and enhancing its capabilities to support the business across the Americas in collaboration with the US lab.
