He leads AI-driven hiring transformations using his proprietary Hiring Optimization System (HOS) and AI-powered training simulator to boost recruiter performance and placement quality. Scott is currently supporting the nation’s fourth-largest poultry producer in rolling out Microsoft Copilot across operations. Known for bridging HR, tech, and business strategy, he was recently featured at the UMKC Early Career Summit for his expertise in workforce AI.

Jeff Beavers has accumulated over 25 years of experience spanning campus recruiting, career services, and educational technology software systems. He has held key leadership roles at University of Illinois, Michigan State University, GE, Whirlpool Corp, AbbVie, and Yello. Currently, he serves as a member of the 12twenty partnerships team working globally with universities and employers. He also leads a 4-year USAID project in Africa, overseeing the launch of career centers at universities across Mozambique to support workforce and economic development.
