Maintaining positive, inclusive relationships is a core skill of modern online community managers. Without the ability to tactfully resolve disputes or cultural issues within your online community, you risk losing members and their perspectives.

This session will provide an overview of strategies and tactics you can use to ensure you’re maintaining an inclusive community, as well as methods you can use to resolve issues and maintain a positive rapport with and among members.

Luke's career has crisscrossed the fields of sales, communication, and constituent management, with the bulk of his experience focused on building deeply engaged online communities.
