ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
How can leaders best support employee (and their own) mental health at this time?
Our speakers Kate Power and Sally Boucher are the face of FEFO Consulting’s Mental Health and Wellbeing team. They will guide you through this session and help build your confidence to support your staff in these challenging times.
The current pandemic has resulted in a significant uptick in presentations to mental health and family violence services and health facilities. Covid has accelerated and amplified what was already growing and concerning trends in our society. The merging of our work and home life and the restrictions we are facing in our communities has exacerbated these trends.
Leaders are having to come to grips with managing staff across a hybrid of working arrangements on and off-site and this means connecting with staff, keeping them mentally and physically healthy and productive is a challenging but critical task.
This presentation provides leaders with a framework and practical skills to achieve these goals. What can you do on a day to day basis to keep your staff and your team mentally well, productive and united? How do you recognise when people are struggling and need additional support or professional help? How do you look after your own mental health and wellbeing?
