Some SEC changes are already in effect and others are still proposals, so planning for the 2027 proxy and annual reporting season starts with separating what’s settled from what’s still in play.

Join experts from Mayer Brown and Georgeson for Preparing for the 2027 US Proxy & Annual Reporting Season, a free CLE-eligible* webinar , hosted by Intelligize on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 11:45 a.m. ET.

Our panel will walk through what these developments mean for 2027 and share practical guidance on Form 10-K and proxy statement drafting, governance and compliance updates and investor engagement.
