In our February MTD Accountability Club webinar in association with Sage, we will look ahead to the impending deadline and share a checklist of tasks needed over the coming months. With self assessment season over, we’ll be focusing on preparations and actions needed in February and March to ensure clients are ready for April 2026.

As well as our usual team of Chris Downing from Sage and AccountingWEB’s Jake Smith, we’ll be joined by Natasha Everard from Bewitching Bookkeeping Services and Sarah Bedford from HMB Accountants to check in on how their practices are progressing with their preparations and what is still left to do.

Every month, the MTD Accountability Club tracks the progress of accountants and bookkeepers as they prepare for the launch of the government’s much-talked-about digitalisation of tax. Practitioners share the progress of their plans, while we focus on a key issue that might snag their progress this month.
