Workshop option #2: This workshop is for PSHE education leads and teachers planning and delivering Drug and Alcohol education in secondary schools. You will explore what makes lessons effective and developmentally-appropriate, and how teaching can challenge myths and misconceptions. The session will provide you with an introduction to our new secondary teaching resources, which are designed to inform young people with the knowledge they need relating to drugs and alcohol, as well as developing the skills and attitudes to manage pressure, and seek support.
