Special needs planning is essential to protect and plan for your disabled loved one. Even though not having the right plans in place can be a detriment for loved ones with special needs, many families just don’t know where to begin. This workshop will include an overview of what parents and other family members need to know about special needs planning.

  • ABLE accounts
  • How to avoid a “payback” to the state for Medicaid
  • How to ensure checks and balances, and protection of a vulnerable beneficiary
  • Registration includes the workshop and the recording. A recording of the workshop will be released 1-2 days after the event and will be available to all registrants for 45 days. Have a change of plan? Not a problem- Registrants are not required to view the scheduled event to access the recording.
