Whether you manage a thriving community or plan to get one off the ground soon, it's important to understand, articulate, and share the impact of your community on top-level organizational outcomes. Getting a handle on your community success metrics will allow you to make more thoughtful decisions on where to double down and pull back on your community-building efforts, so you can have the greatest possible impact over time. It will also help leadership recognize the value your community creates, which can open the door to recognition, career advancement, additional resources, and more.

In this session, you'll learn a framework you can use to define your KPI metrics and map them to organizational outcome goals, and get tips on implementation, getting buy-in and engagement from key stakeholders, tracking and analyzing your metrics, and how to leverage KPI data to maximize your community's impact.
