Rebecca Jean Rose, AAS, CVT
Rebecca Rose, CVT, certified career coach, has a diverse background in the veterinary community. She has worked in and managed clinics, collaborates with industry partners, and facilitates engaging team workshops. Her most current role includes Veterinary Outreach Specialist for Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Rose’s enthusiasm for professional development in veterinary medicine is contagious, as she encourages and supports veterinary teams in reaching their highest potential.

Megan Brashear, BS, RVT, VTS (ECC)
Megan Brashear, BS, RVT, VTS (ECC) graduated in 2000 with a BS in Veterinary Technology and obtained her Veterinary Technician Specialty in Emergency/Critical Care in 2004. She has enjoyed working in emergency and critical care since 2000 and is the Senior Manager of Veterinary Nursing at the Purdue University Veterinary Hospital in West Lafayette, Indiana. Here, Megan truly enjoys the opportunity to work with veterinary nursing supervisors as well as teach and train technicians and students on the hospital floor. She loves to travel and lecture, sharing her knowledge with veterinary technicians and nurses around the world.

Jamie Davis, CVPM
Jamie Davis, CVPM joined the field of veterinary medicine while in high school with the goal of
becoming a veterinarian. Shortly after graduating from her undergraduate program, her passion for business and management was fully discovered, and she jumped in with both feet and never looked back. She is proud to have held all the support teams roles within a clinic and views management as the ideal way to blend her love for animals and people.
Over the last five years, Jamie has focused on supporting teams in building a culture around wellbeing and establishing healthy sustainable careers in veterinary medicine.
In 2008 she earned the distinction of Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and has remained an active member since. Jamie served on the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) board of directors as the Practice Manager. She also enjoys writing, vlogging, and presenting on a variety of veterinary topics.
