Sasha Pailet Koff is a seasoned supply chain transformation leader with 25+ years of experience
spanning technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and specialty chemicals. She is the Founder
and President of So Help Me Understand, LLC, where she advises C-suite executives on strategic
supply chain and digital transformation.
Sasha also serves as Managing Director of the Cyber Readiness Institute, advancing
cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide, and as Co-Chair Emeritus of
the Digital Supply Chain Institute, guiding research and strategy on next-generation supply
chain practices.
Previously, she was SVP of Digital Supply Chain at Dell Technologies and spent two decades at
Johnson & Johnson, where she led global teams of 400+ and managed $400M budgets,
spearheading AI- and data-driven supply chain initiatives.
Recognized as one of Supply Chain Digital Magazine’s “Top 100 Women in Supply Chain” on
numerous occasions and a 2025 NJ Top Innovator to Watch, Sasha also co-authors digital
transformation case studies with Harvard and MIT, and frequently lectures at universities
including Columbia, MIT, and GWU. She serves on several nonprofit boards and lives in
northern New Jersey.
