An acknowledged industry expert, Craig makes frequent national and international speaking engagements to discuss the sweeteners industry, including at ASA, Sosland, and F.O. Licht market conferences. Craig’s study on the potential ramifications to the U.S. sugar market if government supports to growers were changed or eliminated was presented to Congress.

Eric joined the McKeany Flavell team in January 2020 coming with 7 years of experience in the food industry as a successful procurement professional. Eric has extensive knowledge in sugar, corn & corn Sweetener, cocoa, and a variety of other ingredients, but he has helped McKeany Flavell expand into new markets: wheat and CBD. His expansive knowledge and procurement background has helped to provide our clients with fundamental expertise, strategic commodity strategies and solutions. Prior to his professional career, Eric received a degree in Agribusiness Management with a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. Eric is also pursuing his series 3 and series 30 licenses.
