A behind-the-scenes conversation with the lender, the platform, and the AMC who delivered it

The first FHA appraisal submitted under UAD 3.6 recently moved from order to underwriting on a live loan. This session brings together the three organizations that made it happen: VanDyk Mortgage, the lender who placed the order, ValueLink Software, the platform that ran it, and Valligent, the AMC that fulfilled it. Panels walk through the order exactly as it moved: creation, distribution, report preparation, submission, and underwriting review, closing with what it means to sell that loan to investors.

They will also share the friction points, the fixes, and the honest lessons from being first, including what surprised them, what took longer than expected, and what they would tell the next lender, AMC, or appraiser preparing for their own first UAD 3.6 order. We will close with Q&A so attendees can get their own UAD 3.6 questions answered.
