    Jared Preisler
    Chief Appraiser, DataMaster
    Jared Preisler, SRA has been involved in the appraisal industry for over 25 years as an independent fee appraiser serving Northern Utah. Jared is currently the Chief Appraiser for DataMaster, while continuing as an independent fee appraiser and trainer. He earned both the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. He is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and he is licensed in Utah to teach both real estate and appraisal continuing education courses. He serves on the Directors Board of the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Since 2010, he has also been a member of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of the Utah Association of Appraisers (UAA). Jared has developed several CE courses for the real estate profession in his roles with UAA, the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and DataMaster. Prior to becoming and appraiser, Jared earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University. He also owned a remodeling and construction company – Home Inspection Company – and 64 rental properties. Jared and his wife Lisa have four children, with one granddaughter on the way. Jared is passionate about real estate; he loves watching his kids play sports, traveling with Lisa, cycling and golfing.

    Kevin Hecht
    Kevin is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Missouri. He began his appraisal career in 1987 and has appraised various types of residential properties. He has worked as an Independent Fee Appraiser as well as a staff appraiser, District Manager, and Regional Manager for Bank of America and CoreLogic. Kevin earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University, and Master's in Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy. Kevin is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor and an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor. He currently serves as the Appraisal Training and Development Manager with McKissock Learning, working on creation and implementation of the PAREA program.

    In addition to real estate appraisal, Kevin has a passion for Economics and is a faculty member at several Colleges and Universities. He is a member of the American Economic Association and The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.

    Ryan Lundquist is a certified residential appraiser in the Sacramento area. Ryan runs the Sacramento Appraisal Blog, which is a top-ranking appraisal blog in the United States. He has been quoted in local and national publications and has been involved with the Sacramento Association of Realtors and REAA for nearly a decade. Ryan is hired frequently to talk about housing market trends, and he focuses his practice exclusively on private appraisals. Ryan won the Affiliate of the Year award in 2014 from the Sacramento Association of Realtors. In his spare time and for stress relief Ryan does woodworking (especially making longboards).
