    With 32 years of NFL experience, Stephen Jones has established himself as one of the brightest and most versatile executives in professional sports. Recognized as Owner Jerry Jones’ right-hand man, Stephen is the Cowboys Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President/Player Personnel and President of AT&T Stadium. He oversees the management operations for all aspects of the Dallas Cowboys and AT&T Stadium, while also supervising the team’s scouting and player personnel department. His work involves managing the organization’s 400-plus employees, while also handling all of the club’s salary cap and all major player contract concerns. He also is active in the recruitment - and management - of all major events that come to AT&T Stadium and The Star in Frisco. Responsible for driving the League’s U.S. content distribution strategy and executing its major media partnerships, Kevin played a leading role in negotiating the League’s 2021 landmark media distribution deals with Amazon, CBS, Disney, Fox and NBC valued at over $110 billion. In addition, Kevin’s oversight included the NFL’s partnership with AT&T in connection with its out-of-market games package, NFL Sunday Ticket, and key partnerships with market- leading digital platforms including Amazon, Facebook, Google / YouTube, SNAP and Twitter. Kevin also oversaw the media strategy and commercial business development attached to the NFL’s efforts in legalized sports betting, including both content and data licensing. This included the League’s transformational $950 million global data licensing partnership with Genius Sports.

    Kurt Badenhausen is a sports valuations reporter at Sportico. Prior to joining Sportico, he was a senior editor at Forbes where he worked from 1998 to 2021. He co-engineered Forbes’ annual sports team valuations and launched numerous initiatives at the company, including annual features on brand valuations, best banks and top business schools. He profiled a bunch of athletes who go by one name: LeBron, Shaq, Danica and others for the magazine. Prior to joining Forbes, Badenhausen worked at Financial World magazine where his coverage focused on investing, mutual funds and the business of sports. He graduated from Colgate University with a degree in history and resides in New Jersey with his wife, two sons and black lab.

    Scott Soshnick joined Sportico in April of 2020 as its Editor-In-Chief and head of content, bringing decades of editorial experience to Penske Media’s sports business platform.

    Prior to joining Sportico, Scott spent 27 years at Bloomberg News, spearheading the global news service’s sports business coverage across a variety of platforms. Scott also founded and co-hosted Bloomberg’s Business of Sports podcast, while creating and hosting a variety of live events with leading industry executives.

    Scott graduated from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in broadcast journalism. He resides in Glen Ridge, NJ, with his wife and son, who aspires to be an NHL goaltender. As such, Scott spends an inordinate amount of time in hockey rinks.
