Over the course of his 19-year career, Mr. Rousselle has been successful in both transactional and operating positions. His advisory experience includes roles at investment banks in Paris, London and New York prior to William Hood & Company, including Lehman Brothers and Moelis. Mr. Rousselle’s strategic experience consists of 5 years at The Estée Lauder Companies where he held leadership roles in the internal M&A team and in MAC Cosmetics’ Strategy and Finance team.

Mr. Rousselle’s notable Beauty & Personal Care experience includes the sale of a majority stake in Beekman 1802 to Eurazeo, the strategic growth investment in Sky Organics by Nexus Capital, the sale of InstaNatural to an affiliate of Monogram Capital Partners, the sale of W3LL PEOPLE to e.l.f. Cosmetics, the carveout of RoC® Skincare from Johnson & Johnson by Gryphon Investors, The Estée Lauder Companies’ acquisition of GLAMGLOW, Coty’s acquisition of OPI and the Estée Lauder Companies’ acquisition of Smashbox.

Tehmina Haider is the Chief Growth Officer of Harry's Inc. She was previously Vice President of Harry’s Ventures. Prior to Harry’s, Tehmina was a Principal at L Catterton private equity firm and formerly, Vice President at Castanea Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth equity investments and leveraged buyouts in the consumer and retail sectors. Tehmina previously worked in Strategy and New Business Development at the Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in prestige beauty. She began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Tehmina is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of Columbia College with a B.A. degree in Economics-Philosophy. She received an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.

In 2014, he was part of the team that “Broke the Internet.” Before that, John spent 10 years investing in and helping to grow well-known consumer brands, including Intermix, Skullcandy, All Saints, Morgenthal Frederics, and others.
