After earning his doctorate from RWTH Aachen University in 2008, he joined Reifenhauser in Worms, Germany as assistant to the managing director. Since then he has served as Reifenhauser’s director of operations, director of technology and, since 2021, in technical sales support.

    Dr. JP Eubeler is a seasoned technical and sales leader in the (OEM) industrial equipment sector, currently serving as director of sales - extrusion at Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corp., a global leader in extrusion, printing and converting machines for flexible packaging. With close to 30 years experience in chemicals, plastics, agriculture and materials industries, JP is recognized for driving innovation, leading R&D and sales teams and launching award-winning products. He has managed international business, delivered technical training and successfully introduced new technologies to global markets. JP holds a doctorate in chemistry and biology and is fluent in English and German.

    Systems Engineer, Alpine
    Ryan O’Grady has been with Hosokawa Alpine American since May 2006 and is currently Alpine’s systems engineer. In this capacity, Ryan where focuses on systems integration for blown film processing. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a degree in chemical engineering, materials. Ryan has also worked as a process engineer for Inteplast Group. While studying at U-Mass Lowell, he worked as an intern for Covestro, serving as a business and product development engineer; and was part of Atrium Medical’s co-op program, working as an associate product development engineer.
