Richard Jones
Chief Executive Officer, Zenith Leasing
Richard joined Zenith as Group CEO in March 2025 and is responsible for setting and executing the Group’s long-term growth strategy, delivering operating and performance priorities, and developing the Group’s wider capabilities. Zenith is the UK’s largest independent Leasing company and is owned by Bridgepoint. Richard has a 30-year career in financial services, including 10 years’ leadership experience in automotive FS. Richard was been Managing Director of Transport at Lloyds Banking Group, and before then led a number of business across Lloyds in investments, pensions and insurance. More recently Richard was Managing Director of MotoNovo, part of the Aldermore Group and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Richard has held board positions at various bodies including Chair of the Finance & Leasing Association from 2016 to 2021 and he is a current member of the BVRLA Board.

Thomas McLennan
Director of Policy and Public Affairs, BVRLA
Thomas McLennan, Director of Policy and Public Affairs, British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA). Thomas leads the BVRLA Policy and Public Affairs function, working with Government, public sector agencies, industry associations and key business influencers to make the case for the sector across a wide range of issues. The BVRLA represents over 1,000 companies engaged in vehicle rental, leasing and fleet management.

Mike Curtis
Corporate Sales Director, Arval
Mike is the Director of Corporate Sales for Arval, BNP Paribas’ UK subsidiary engaged in the vehicle leasing and mobility business. He has spent more than 30 years in the leasing industry, with many of these at Arval.  Joining as Head of Remarketing in 2003, he progressed through various sales leadership roles in SME, Retail and Corporate business before moving abroad for 9 years to India and then Denmark in Arval country managing director positions. Returning home in 2023, he has been leading the 180 strong UK corporate sales teams and is a member of the country executive committee.

Alison Argall

Ali Argall, Tusker’s Business Development and Customer Retention Director, joined the company in 2004 and was an integral part of the team to research, scope and launch the salary sacrifice car benefit to the marketplace in 2008 across both public and private sectors. As a member of Tusker’s Senior Management team, Ali continues to be instrumental in working with many large salary sacrifice car customers to truly understand their organisation and ensure their savings and benefits are maximised. Prior to Tusker, Ali was involved in the financial services industry for over 10 years, in sales, management and training capacities.

Stephen Briers has been an automotive business journalist for more than 30 years, starting his career with vehicle accident repair title Body Magazine in 1993.

He joined Emap in 1998 and was editor of leading franchised dealer publication Automotive Management from 2002-2009 during which time he was named Emap Automotive’s editor of the year.

Editor of Fleet News since 2009, with the brand winning Bauer Media’s website of the year in 2011, Stephen was promoted to group editor of Fleet News and Automotive Management in 2015, overseeing the content strategy across digital, social media and events. Since October 2023, his portfolio of brands also includes RAIL magazine.
