About
High job satisfaction within the public service improves productivity and ultimately leads to better citizen outcomes. While digital technology and automated HR workflows play a crucial role, these investments need to be supported by the existence of underpinning workforce frameworks, strategies, policies, and governance structures.

Intermedium’s new Digitally Empowered Employee Readiness Indicator (DEERI) assesses the degree to which the governments of Australia and New Zealand have put into place these necessary enablers for building public sector job satisfaction.

Join us online as Intermedium facilitates a thought provoking dialogue exploring the future of employee experience in the public sector.
