Founder and lead psychologist at Therapy with Olivia
After moving abroad in 2016, she realized the value of receiving mental health support from someone with a shared story. So, in 2019, she created Therapy with Olivia -- a space for expats, immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ community. In practice, Olivia uses a blend of Schema Therapy and her expertise as an Integrative Somatic Practitioner to support her clients through current life stressors and to heal from past traumas. In her spare time, you will find her writing, reading, staying active, and enjoying time with her family.
