The purpose and objective of this course is to acquaint the title insurance escrow officer and other title insurance professionals with the various and complex real estate and title insurance issues which arise because of marriage, divorce, and the application of the Texas community property rules.
If you are an Escrow Officer and wish to receive CE hours, please verify your license number on the Texas Department of Insurance Website TDI Reports Application (texas.gov) prior to registering for a course. Once you have clicked on the Licensed Escrow Officers.
Your license number is in the 5th Column. The Indiv ID is not your License Number. Please register for the course with your license number only.

Live webinars
Texan Title Insurance Company will issue an attendance form for live webinars. Attendance forms will be included in the emailed confirmation details that will be sent to you twice in the 24-hour window before the webinar begins. You must submit your attendance form to
teresa@texantitle.com on the same day as the live webinar. Please allow TTIC 10 business days to submit your CE to Sircon on your behalf. In order to receive Escrow Officer CE, you must watch/listen to the entire duration of the course. Credit will not be given if you have not remained active during the duration of the course. If you minimize the browser and go to another browser, you will show as inactive on our system. If you leave the program, the program will not allow you back in.
After viewing the video recording, a Post Webinar Survey will pop up. You must complete the survey in order to receive credit.
